Ensure the firearm is unloaded and all ammunition is removed from the area.

Remove all screws from the gas block and slide it over the barrel. The Kratos logo should be facing downrange.

Using the witness hole, verify correct alignment of the barrel gas port and gas block port. A roll pin punch may also be used to verify proper alignment.

Once proper alignment is verified, you can install the 2 provided set screws using a 3/32” allen key. It is reccomended to use Loctite 242 Threadlocker on the set screws. Torqe the set screws to 20 in-lbs.

Verify alignment of the gas port using the witness hole. If the holes are still aligned, you can move on to the installation of the gas tube.

Begin by locating the port hole on the gas tube.

Insert the opposite end into the upper receiver and then inserting the end with the port hole into the gas block. The port hole should be facing down, towards the barrel.

Align the roll pin hole with the gas block. Using a roll pin punch and hammer, install the provided stainless steel coil pin.
